A discussion was held with the PD regarding the new subsidy regulations, effective 10/18.
- Comments:

A Subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on April 12, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety regulations. The inspection was conducted from 3:30 PM to 6:00PM. There were 29 children present, the children were separated in two groups according to their age and grade level. A group of children were observed playing kick ball in the gym. There were four staff members supervising the children. Medications were observed in the center. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two combined inspections cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. No violations of the supplemental health and safety regulations were found.
