A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 6/7/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 41 school aged children in care with 3 staff members. Children were observed participating in outdoor and indoor play, art activity, transitioning between activities and departing procedures. A sample of 5 children's records and 3 on-site staff records were reviewed. An additional record review was conducted at the administrative office on 5/31/19 as complete staff records are kept off-site. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were observed during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
