Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 6/619 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector arrived at 11:45 AM and departed at 1:00 PM. At the time of the inspection, there were 27 children (ages infant through preschool) in care with three staff. Children were all napping at the time of the inspection. The sample size was four staff and three children's records. All other center documents were also reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
