An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director and center staff on June 10, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 121 children present, ranging in age from 2 months to 12 years old, with 22 staff actively supervising. The children were having rest time, arriving from school, and having free play with age appropriate activities, playing outdoors. Snack served today: crackers and peaches. The last fire inspection was conducted 3/1/2019. The last health inspection was conducted 11/15/2018. Eight emergency medications for six children were reviewed and are in compliance. Four staff are current in Medication Administration Training - at least one must be on site at all times when children with medication are in care. Five staff files and ten children's files were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details.
