An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated in the center and completed on June 10, 2019 regarding a complaint received by the department on June 3, 2019. The complainant reported a concern regarding the area of Programs. Based on observation and inspection of the facility, and staff interviews, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding Programs, therefore the complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID.
