The front and back use zones of the swings change as the depth of the mulch under the swings change so in order to remain in compliance, you should rake the mulch regularly if not daily to ensure at least six inches of resilient surfacing directly under the swings and in the swings fall zones.

A focused monitoring inspection was conducted to reinspect the swings on the playground. Measurements were taken and at this time the swings are in compliance. Arrival time: 9: 10 am Departure time: 9: 20 am
