An unannounced complaint investigation was completed on 06/03/2019 from 10:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on 05/29/2019. The complaint was in regards to the licensing standards relating to the outside play area. There were 128 children present in the care of eighteen staff members and one administrator. Interview with six staff were completed, the outside play area was inspected, and observations of children in the outdoor play area completed. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation and is determined to be "not valid". There were no violations cited in the complaint investigation.
