An unannounced inspection was conducted on 06/21/2019 from 11:00 am ? 12:30 pm to investigate a complaint regarding Supervision of Children: care, protection and guidance. Observations and interviews were conducted, and documentation was reviewed. It was determined that the complaint was not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations. There were no violations issued as a result of the inspection.
