On 06/19/19, a review of staff personnel files was conducted this date by inspectors Margaret Allworth, Mahrukh Aziz, Leah Pagala, and Derek Acosta at the Pennino SACC office building. Record reviews for new hires and subs are documented with the Silver Brook site file.
