An announced administrative file review was completed today between 10am-1:30pm. Staff files were reviewed by representatives from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing, Fairfax Licensing Office and through the County of Loudoun, Department of PRCS office located in Leesburg, Virginia.
