Complainant reported concerns related to Staffing /Supervision and Special Care/ Provisions/Emergencies . Based on observations, review of center documentation and staff interviews, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation of inadequate Staffing/Supervision and insufficient information given related to exposure of a communicable disease, therefore the complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID.
