Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/3/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannnounced monitoring inspection was completed on 7/3/19. There were 42 children present with five staff directly supervising and additional volunteers/administrative staff at the center to assist if needed. Five newly enrolled for the summer children's records were reviewed and five staff records were reviewed. No medications are administered at the center. The inspector arrived at the center at 8:00 am and departed at 11:00 am. The children were observed during arrivals, during gym time, during computer time, and during breakfast. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
