The new requirements regarding the timing of tuberculosis screenings (within one month prior to hire and on record before the new employee goes on duty with the children) was discussed with the program director.
- Comments:

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/19/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 11:30 AM and departed at 2:30 PM. Fifty children were in care. A sample size of five staff records and five children's records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
