Comments:
An announced initial inspection was completed on 07/23/2019. The Child Care Coordinator was present during this inspection. The inspector reviewed and measured the areas to be used by the program. The inspector reviewed 5 applicant/agent records during the inspection. The parent handbook, emergency preparedness plans and emergency supplies were reviewed at this time. The inspector discussed requirements for providing care to preschool aged children, the licensing process with the provider and becoming a subsidy provider.
