The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection Friday, July 26, 2019 from 11:32am to 2:25pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed eating lunch. Today was a special pizza lunch day. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today. The facilities mini buses were inspected today as well. Ten children?s records and ten employee records were reviewed during this inspection. The center administers medication and it was reviewed. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last fire drill: 07/12/2019 Last shelter in place drill: 04/03/2019 Last lockdown drill: 11/20/2018 Last health inspection: 07/25/2018 Last fire inspection: 09/27/2018 Total enrollment today: 106 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Infant and toddlers ?8:2 Twos I?7:1 Threes & Fours I-7:1 Threes - 9:1 Threes & Fours II- 9:1 Fours- 18:2 School Age I ?48:3 A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
