Please make sure it is clear on the allergy log that your distinguish between those children with diagnosed food allergies, sensitivities and parental preferences. Any child with a diagnosed food allergy regardless if they have medication at the center or not must have a written allergy plan on site from a physician.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the center director. Sixty four children were at the center with 12 staff providing supervision. The center is up to date with their annual lock-down drill. Five allergy plans were reviewed today. Reviewed documentation for six staff's Pre-service training and first aid/CPR certification. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 10:20 amd Departure time: 1:20 pm
