An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 6/27/2019, in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 06/18/2019. The inspector was on site from approximately 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Interviews were conducted with staff and members of the administrative team relating to allegations concerning director qualifications. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
