Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-E-1 Description: Based on review of five staff records and staff interviews, the vendor did not ensure each staff had current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the age of children in care. The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration; and shall occur within 90 days of the date of employment.
