An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today to review transportation procedures. During the inspection 13, two and three year old children were preparing to go on a field trip with three staff. 11 children were observed being placed in car seats in the van. On the center vehicle staff carried a list of children being transported, written parent permission for each child to attend the field trip, a first aid kit, required posted emergency numbers and a cell phone. Ratios throughout the center were also reviewed. There were not any violations identified during the inspection.
