Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-J Description: Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that medication will be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: There was an emergency medication left unattended on the front desk and not in a locked place. Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection.
