The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 08/14/19 in response to a complaint regarding allegations in the area of special services and emergencies. Interviews were conducted with staff, records were reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. Based on the information gathered, no violations were cited.
