An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) Inspection was conducted on August 22, 2019 from approximately 7:00 pm until 10:45 am. Upon entrance there were 3 children and 2 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 3 children's records and 4 staff records and 2 volunteer records. Five medications were reviewed. Children were observed playing with play dough. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover the Subsidy Health and Safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
