Technical Assistance:
Discussed lead teacher qualifications and the emergency evacuation plan with the administration.

Comments:
An announced initial inspection was completed today. This was completed as part of a change in ownership from Children?s Learning Adventure to Creme De La Creme at 44799 Saranac St, Ashburn, Virginia. The LI met with the Site Director and two Vice Presidents of Operations to complete the inspection. The physical plant, 5 staff files, fire and health inspection, staff training, emergency plans, procedures and supplies were inspected between 10:30-12:00pm. The children's files are currently being completed again through the new ownership and plans to be completed by Monday, August 26th, the day that the Creme De La Creme license will be effective.
