Training regarding the changes to the vendor agreement standards were conducted during this inspection.
- Comments:

An annual health and safety inspection was conducted today. The vendor has 2 children in care and her own child present at the times of the inspection. A total 6 points . The area used for child care has lots of space. All the children in care live in the home so they use their own toys to play with. The vendor will provide food cereal , bread and honey and eggs were served today. The vendor will not transport then children, but will take them on walks in the neighborhood. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-160-B Description: Based on the review of the vendors paperwork, it was determined that the vendor failed to take attendance recording the arrival and departure of the children in care. Evidence: The last attendance was taken at the end of April 2019. Plan of Correction: I did not realize we had to still take attendance after I got the machine , I will do it again.
