The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection on from 10:30 a.m. until 12:50. There were 15 children in care with staff supervising at all times. The director was also present. Children were observed playing outside and inside, being fed, and during a diaper change. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. There were no medications being administered. Director will send inspector info. about the renovated playground. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
