Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A Description: Based on interview and record review, the center could not provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction. Evidence: 1. The supervisor stated the school had not provided a new fire inspection for their records. The last fire inspection was dated 1/03/2018 and had not completed an annual inspection. Plan of Correction: I will ask the school to have an annual fire inspection and request a copy of the inspection report.
