Technical Assistance:
Discussed the injury prevention plan. Discussed supervision and activities.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today beginning at 2:10pm At the time of entrance, 63 children were in care with 4 staff members present. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records, medications, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, 6 children's records and Staff certification for CPR/First Aid and Mat training were reviewed. Ratios were in compliance and required documents were posted. The children were observed checking in, reading books, coloring, lining up to go to the bathroom, washing hands, snack time and lining up to go outside. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A
Description: Based on interview and record review, the center could not provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction. Evidence: 1. The supervisor stated the school had not provided a new fire inspection for their records. The last fire inspection was dated 1/03/2018 and had not completed an annual inspection.

Plan of Correction: I will ask the school to have an annual fire inspection and request a copy of the inspection report.
