An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm. There were 16 children present with 2 staff members. The children were observed hand washing, eating morning snack and on the carpet for circle time. The entire physical plant,
staff records, children's records, emergency evacuation drill logs, attendance logs,emergency supplies and accident/incident logs were inspected. Areas of non compliance were cited on the Violation Notice. If you have any questions, please contact me at Tanya.Johnson1@dss.virginia.gov.
