An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:52 AM and ending at 9:00 AM. There were 49 children in the care of the four staff members. The children were observed cleaning up and preparing for breakfast. The children were observed eating breakfast which consisted of ham and cheese croissants, sweet potato fries, or cereal and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed. One allergy care plan and three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/6/19.The most recent fire inspection was dated 8/4/17. The most recent health inspection was dated 5/7/19.
