An unannounced monitoring inspection was done today, September 18, 2019, beginning at 3:15 PM and ending at 5:15 PM. There were 48 children in care today with 4 staff providing direct care and supervision. There were was one medication total and that medication was reviewed. The outside area and all rooms that will be used for care were inspected, as were five children's records and five staff records. Staff records were reviewed during a separate inspection on September 17, 2019 at another location. The inspector looked at first aid and emergency supplies, drill documentation, and required health and fire inspections.
