Emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place procedures/maps shall be posted in a location conspicuous to staff and children on each floor of each building.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 14, 2019 from approximately 7:25 am to 8:37pm. Three staff were present with twenty-nine children. Children were observed participating in station activities, listening to music and gym games. Five children's records were reviewed. Staff training and required information to be maintained on site were reviewed for the three staff present.
