Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 8:40am-10:15am. There were 42 in the direct care and supervision of 12 staff. A sample of 5 children?s and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during drop off, playing, and engaged with staff. The center was conducting orientation during the week of this inspection. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Description: Based on observation, the center did not develop written procedures for injury prevention.

The center did not have written procedures for injury prevention.

Plan of Correction: We are working on it and it will be completed by the end of the month.

Description: Based on observation, a notice regarding the presence and location of asbestos containing materials and advising the the asbestos inspection and management plane are available for review was not posted.

Evidence:
The asbestos notice was not posted.

Description: Based on observation, all medication was not kept in a locked place.

Evidence
Allergy medication for staff was unlocked in a cabinet with instructional supplies for teachers.
