An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:50 am - 3:20 pm with the center director and assistant director. There were 75 children, ranging from three months to four years of age, present with 11 staff supervising. The children were observed playing, eating lunch, and napping. Eight children's files and five staff files were reviewed and in compliance. Five medications and authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was observed and in compliance. The last health inspection was conducted: 6/7/19 and the last fire inspection was conducted: 7/31/19.
