There were 8 children in care today with two staff providing care and supervision, along with one other professional staff member present. There was one medication total and it was reviewed onsite during the inspection. The playground area and all rooms that are used for care were inspected, as were five children's records and all three staff records. The inspector looked at first aid and emergency supplies, drill documentation, and required health and fire inspections. The children were observed during dance and music, breakfast, free play, preparation for lunch, outside time and during hand-washing practices. Staff were observed during instructional times, during engagement with the children and cleaning and sanitizing the tables. There were discussions about children's records, emergency supplies, and the health inspection. There were no violations during this inspection.
