An unannounced focused monitoring inspection in response to the Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) that was submitted to the Division of Licensing Programs August 21, 2019. The IPOC addressed repeat, systemic, and high-risk violations at the previous inspection. All violations addressed on the IPOC had been corrected and additional records were reviewed to determine compliance with newly enrolled children and newly hired staff. The areas of the Standards that were reviewed were: children's records, background checks, staff training related to medications (MAT), and emergency procedures (practice drills).
The inspector arrived at the center 11:05 am and departed at 12:30 pm.
