Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center staff on September 25, 2019 to determine compliance with licensing standards. There were 22 preschool children present with five staff. Both classrooms were finishing snack and playing outdoors. Snack served today: raisins and graham crackers. Two medications were reviewed - several staff have Medication Administration Training. Five children's files were reviewed on site and are in compliance. The last fire inspection was conducted 8/29/2019. The last health inspection was conducted 8/2/2019. Description: Based on review of two medications, the facility failed to have written authorization from the parent for the facility to administer one medication. Evidence: there was no written authorization from the parent for the facility to administer one non-prescription medication.

Plan of Correction: Center staff will get parent to complete a written authorization for the medication.
