A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on October 2 2019 between 10:15am and 12:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 3 children observed in the care of 2 providers. Children worked on color projects, played with various toys, and washed hands. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
