An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 30, 2019. At the time of entrance there were 113 children and 17 staff members present with children. Additional staff were on site for administrative. The sample size consisted of 10 children's records and 5 staff records. Four medications were reviewed. Children were observed reading books, preparing for their afternoon rest period, outside playing and tummy time. Inspection was reviewed with the program director.
