A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on on Friday, September 20, 2019 between 12:00 pm to 2:02 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. During this inspection, the children in care were observed by the licensing inspector in three classroom settings. The census for today's inspection consisted of eighteen children with seven staff present including the director/owner for administrative purposes.The licensing inspector completed observations of the children in care transitioning into napping, and napping. The center's bathrooms, diapering station, designated classrooms, indoor areas were inspected by the licensing inspector. The required posting were reviewed and inspected. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. The center does not currently administrator medication or provide transportation. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
