Discussed: please keep a watch out for rust on the playground equipment and ensure mulch is raked so a resilient surface is always within the fall zone of equipment.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm with the center director. There were 64 children, ranging in age from two years to five years of age, present with nine staff supervising. The children were observed listening to a story, playing in centers, working at tables, and eating lunch. Lunch served today was pizza, pears, fresh vegetable sticks with dip and milk. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The last emergency escape drill was conducted 9/23/19, the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted 8/20/19 and the last lockdown drill was conducted 8/29/19. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance.
