Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/10/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 63 children in care of 5 staff members. The children were observed engaged in arts and crafts, playing on the blacktop and departing for school. Handwashing and name to face checks were observed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Please contact me if you have any questions at mahrukh.aziz@dss.virginia.gov or 571-835-4718.
