The licensing inspector conducted an announced inspection to review staff records at the administrative building on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. During the inspection, three staff records were reviewed. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-210-A-4-a Description: Based on review of staff records, the center did not ensure staff identified as program leaders obtained 24 hours of training within six months before being promoted or beginning work or one month after being promoted or beginning work.
