The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection, at which
activities, small groups, large groups, story time, music time, personal hygiene, and outdoor time were observed. Children were observed; and staff and children files and other documentation were reviewed. Forty (40) children, aged 20 months-4 years, were found to be in care with 7 staff, kitchen staff, and administrative staff. Previous violations were reviewed, and had been corrected. Please contact me if you need further assistance. Thank you for your cooperation. This inspection began at 8:30 am and concluded at 10:15 am.
