An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/17/2019 from 3:00 pm - 4:50 pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this program is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 66 school age child in care with six staff. Children were observed engaged in large motor games in the gym, table games in the cafeteria, eating afternoon snack and playing outside.
Records were reviewed for nine children in care.
