An inspection was conducted on October 18, 2019 regarding a self-report received in the Valley Licensing Office on October 11, 2019. The incident was regarding Part VI of the Licensing Standards. The on-site inspection was held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Three staff members and one parent were interviewed. One staff record and one child's record were reviewed. There were no violations of the licensing standards. There were 22 children present in four classrooms and in the care of five staff members and 32 children were enrolled in the program.
