A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/30/19 from 2:15pm - 3:30pm. During the inspection there were 48 children ages four years old to ten years old in care with three staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the cafeteria, doing homework and eating dinner/snack. Records were reviewed for five children while at the facility. The records for three staff were reviewed on 10/31/19 at the central office. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
