An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:00 - 11:00 am with the center director. There were 36 children, ranging from three years to five years of age, supervised by six staff. Children were observed playing in structured centers, working on art projects, completing teacher directed table work, using the restroom, and playing outside on the playground. Four children's files and four staff files were reviewed and in compliance. One medication/authorization form was reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was observed and in compliance. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-B Description: Based on review of documentation, and staff interview, the facility failed to have documentation of a current health inspection. Evidence: the last health inspection was dated: 10/15/2018. Plan of Correction: During today's inspection, the office coordinator called and scheduled the health inspection.
