A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/05/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements from approximately 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. At the time of entrance, 21 children were in care with 5 staff members
present. Children were observed during nap, snack time, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. The site was clean,organized and contained a varied supply of developmentally appropriate materials. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
