A renewal inspection was conducted with the director. 25 Children were in care with and age range of 11 months to ten years old. Children were observed during free play. Five staff records and five children's records were reviewed. All required paperwork was posted. Two staff were current in MAT. Escape practices were conducted.The inspection time was 2:45pm-5:15:pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-500-B Description: Based on observation staff did not clean and sanitize the diaper changing pad.
Evidence: The staff in the Two's room did not clean the diaper pad before sanitizing it. LI explained the cleaning and sanitizing produces.Plan of Correction: We will retrain staff on diapering procedures .
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-A Description: Based on review of medications not all had a parent's authorization.
Evidence: Child A 's medication did not have a signed parents authorization.Plan of Correction: Will have have the parent sign a medication form.
