When children separate into two groups ( cafeteria and computer lab) each location must keep an attendance of the children present in each group.
Consultation provided on the need for a staff to maintain sight and sound supervision when children are transitioning from the cafeteria to the computer lab.
- Comments:

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the director, who was present with 29 children and three additional staff as well as the EEC teacher. !8 children were in the cafeteria finishing snack while 11 children were in the computer lab doing homework. Eight children and four staff files were reviewed today as well as five medications for four children.
